A Pocketful of Posies at the Vintage Home Shop!

Vintage Carnations Talc Tin

 Summer is in full bloom here and a beautiful arrangement of (mainly!) floral themed vintage treasures have just been displayed in the Vintage Home Shop.  There are lots of lovely things to choose from, including paintings, textiles and a wide variety of the prettiest homewares; the 1940s garden pictured on a tray is one of our particular favourites!  Beautiful carnations are in bloom now and we have a superb vintage talc tin which is decorated with bright red carnations - this is complemented by a 1950s oil painting of carnations. There are anemones, roses, tulips and lavender, as well as baskets of fruit - you will find all of these summer delights decorating fabric, trays, aprons, paintings and more!
